abstinence education Community Based Abstinence Education Project Program Coordinator/Lead Educator: Patrice Hill Torrence Conaway The goals of the project are to reduce the number of adolescents engaging in premarital sexual activity, reduce the incidence of out-of-wedlock pregnancies among adolescents, and reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases among adolescents, thereby improving the futures of youth in our community. This program is offered to youth in the New Britain community for 12-18 years old.? Parental permission required for 12-17 year olds to enroll in this program.
